In order for your registration to be confirmed, full payment of the registration fee is required. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.
Registration Fees include:
Admission to all scientific sessions, Conference Kit, Abstract Booklet and Coffee Breaks.
Registration Cancellation Policy

- For cancellations received by June 10th, 2023 the registration fee will be refunded.
- From June 11th, 2023 onwards 100% cancellation fees will apply.
- An administrative fee of 80 euros will be deducted from all refunds.
